Helpful ways to summarize your feedback

We really appreciate you providing as much feedback as possible. That way we can have constructive conversations with our educators about how to improve their craft.

Here are three ways you can summarize your feedback with examples of what we might be looking for.

  1. Positive - What the educator excelled in. You can add exceptional educators to your “Preferred” list within Scoot2Book.

    1. Engaging with students

    2. Building strong rapport with staff and students

    3. Punctual

    4. Flexible and adaptable

    5. Good classroom/behavior management

  2. Constructive - Things to improve on. The educator will have a coaching call with their Scoot Consultant.

    1. Lack of behavior management

    2. Late arrivals/ early departures without previous confirmation from consultant

    3. Using phone in class

    4. Touching student property

    5. Negative interaction with staff and students

    6. Not following dress code policy

  3. Do Not Return - Serious offense. The educator will have a coaching call with their consultant and will not return to the campus.

    1. Inappropriate topics being discussed in class

    2. Physical contact with student

    3. Cursing/swearing

    4. Using illegal and/or inappropriate substances on campus grounds

    5. Repetitive constructive comments

    6. Inappropriate interactions with staff
