The Educators tab allows you to view Scoot educators who have visited your campus. Quickly identify your top talent and review their professional credentials.
How to use the Educators tab
Click on the Educators tab in the left-hand menu.
Search for the educator you are looking for.
Select the star to only view your preferred educators.
To view specific educators, click the filter in the top right-hand corner. You can filter by:
Name (A-Z): Alphabetize your roster
Recent: Most recent date they’ve visited your campus
Booking count: How many times they’ve visited your campus
Preferred status: See how many contacts preferred an educator
Educator type: Specific roles (Kinder, Elementary, Middle school, High school, TA, etc.)
Certifications: Check credentials to ensure compliance information for specific assignment types
Viewing individual educator profiles
Clicking directly on any educator's profile opens a detailed pop-up summary, showing:
Placements: See how many placements they’ve completed at your school(s).
Certifications: See the name of credentials, verified date, and certification number.
Qualifications: See their training and education degrees, institute, date completed, and teaching methods.
Green circles indicate quantities they have for each category.
