On the homepage, navigate the calendar to view all bookings. Select the year, month, and/or day to view bookings made during that time.

Notice that days with bookings will have a small blue circle under it indicating the number of requests made.

When you select a day that has a booking, more information will appear below the calendar. You'll be able to see a summary of the booking as well as the assigned substitute teacher. If the request is currently unfilled, instead of the educator's name and photo, you'll see "Unfilled Booking."

Once the booking is filled, all confirmation recipients will receive a text and email containing the name and photo of the substitute teacher along with the booking summary.
