At the top-left corner of Scoot2Book, click on the blue + New Booking button.
If you oversee multiple schools, select the school for which you want to create a booking.
On the calendar, choose the date(s) for when you need a substitute teacher.
Next, fill in the following logistics for your booking:
Classification: What type of teacher do you need? Special Education? Aide?
Grades: Which grade and subject matter?
Staff Member Being Replaced
Room: What classroom is the booking for?
Reason: This is an optional field to let us know why you need a sub.
Notes: Include any notes you want the substitute to know. This can include the location of lesson plans, specific classroom instructions, your preferred substitute teacher, etc.
Certifications: These are set by default by your consultant according to your school's requirements.
After filling in all the relevant information, you can also edit who will receive confirmation notices for when a booking is filled.
Click on the blue + Add button in the Confirmations section if you want to add new recipients.
Fill in the information listed, including the name & phone number.
If needed, you can edit each recipient who is already in the section.
If you would like to change the default recipients, please contact your consultant.
Finally, click on the + Create Booking button at the bottom of the page to finish.
View the summary of your booking to confirm that all of the information is correct.
In your summary, you'll have the option to either return to the homepage or create another booking.
