How do I know if I've been reimbursed for my Live Scan?

Depending on where you're located, when you're reimbursed for your Live Scan will vary.

If you've paid for your Live Scan criminal background check, Scoot will reimburse this expense.

Note: The reimbursement will be included in your first pay date.

The easiest way to check if you've been reimbursed for your Live Scan is to check your earning statement from Scoot in our payroll system. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to ADP Workforce Now and log in with your username and password (if you haven't created an account with ADP, look for our help article called 'How do I create an account with ADP?'

  2. Once logged in, use the top menu to go to Myself > Pay > Pay Statements

  3. Choose the button in the middle of the screen that says YTD

  4. Scroll down and look for a section called Other - expand this section by clicking on it

  5. If you see a reimbursement listed, it is most likely your Live Scan reimbursement - you can double check this by reviewing your Live Scan application as it will say the cost of the Live Scan at the bottom of the application.

If you've received your first pay from Scoot and there is no reimbursement listed in your YTD pay, please contact your Scoot consultant and they'll look into it for you.
