ADP: Which position is my PERA position?

This article only applies to Colorado employees working at a Colorado public or charter school.

How to identify which position is PERA affiliated:

  1. Log into ADP Workforce Now.

  2. From the ADP WFN navigation, click Myself > My Information > Profile

  1. When your profile loads you will see a blue bar with your information including POSITION ID and MORE POSITIONS

  1. Click on MORE POSITIONS and you will see all positions assigned to you

  1. All PERA shifts will be paid out under the position ID that begins with ‘CX39’

  2. All Non-PERA shifts will be paid out under a position ID that begins with ‘CX30’ or ‘CX31’
