As stated before, you will have two different profiles in ADP to account for the handling of Social Security and PERA withholdings. Because of this, you might have two different pay statements in a given week, one for PERA shifts and one for non-PERA shifts. With regard to tax documents, if you worked in both PERA and non-PERA schools you’ll receive two W2’s from us by January 31st. Additionally, you will accrue sick time off under each profile.
