How do I know who has used my referral URL?

You can track the status of your referrals in your Refer & Earn dashboard

When you log into your dashboard (instructions here) you can track the status of your referrals.

There are three tracking options:

  1. Sent email invite - this means that you've sent an invitation to this person but this person has not been hired by Scoot yet (and possibly not applied yet)

    Scoot Education referral program. View who you emailed.
  2. Signed up, has not worked 10 shifts - this means the person you've referred has been hired by Scoot Education but they have not completed 10 shifts with us yet

    Scoot Education referral program. View who started working with Scoot but has not worked 10 shifts.
  3. Worked 10 shifts - your referral has worked 10 shifts and a reward is coming your way! Allow 7 to 14 days to receive your reward(s)

Have you made a referral but the status is not showing correctly? Contact your Scoot consultant and they'll help.
