You can have your Live Scan completed at any Wellnessmart location in your area. Simply present your identification and tell the representative you are with Scoot Education.

If you live in Northern California, there is no out-of-pocket expense to you.

If you live in Southern California, there is no out-of-pocket expense to you.

Make sure to bring along your Photo ID, and your printed and completed live scan form.
