How do I let Scoot know that I'm ready to take on last-minute requests?

Marking yourself as Ready2Work!

Subs who are Ready2Work are contacted first for last-minute vacancies.

Browser method 1:

Here’s how you can set your Ready2Work status on browser:

  1. Log into Scoot2Work via browser.

  2. Navigate to the upper, left-hand corner to see a grey button “Status Not Set.”

  3. Click to set as Ready2Work

  4. If you want to set as not Ready2Work, click the button again.

  5. If you are already placed in a booking today, this button will indicate that.

Browser method 2:

  1. Log into Scoot2Work via browser.

  2. On the home screen, select “I’m up and Ready2Work today.”

    1. You can also select your Ready2Work status for the next day.

  3. You’re now set as Ready2Work and we’ll start calling you as early as 6am for last-minute bookings.

Mobile:

Here’s how you can set your Ready2Work status on mobile:

  1. Log into Scoot2Work via smartphone app.

  2. On the home screen, select “Set me as available.

    1. You can also select your Ready2Work status for the next day.

  3. You’re now set as Ready2Work and we’ll start calling you as early as 6am for last-minute bookings.

Note: On very busy mornings when we have already called all Ready2Work educators, we start calling those who have not set their Ready2Work status but have indicated that they’re available for that day.

If you do NOT want us calling bright and early whatsoever, select “Set As Not Ready2Work” or email your consultant.
