To access your certificates in GrowthHub, please log in to your Scoot2Work account. Once you're logged in, follow these steps:
Scroll to the bottom-left corner of the page and click on GrowthHub.
Click the list icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Select My Transcript.
Under Earned Certificates, locate the certificate you would like to access. You will see "Available" next to completed certificates.
Click Available, then select Download to save a copy of your certificate.

If the certificate cannot be located after completing these steps, submit a support ticket so the issue can be reviewed and resolved promptly.
