In California, TB clearances must be updated every four (4) years. Scoot will contact you by email when your TB clearance is approaching its expiration date or has expired and provide instructions for completing the recollection process.
To update your TB clearance, please look for an email with the subject line "Action Required – Your TB Is About to Expire!" Follow the instructions provided in the email and select your preferred recollection option. You can often expedite the process by answering a few questions through our AI-enabled platform. Once all required steps have been completed, your status will update to TB Complete.
If you cannot locate the email, please reach out to your consultant to begin the process.
Please note: If your TB clearance expires, your Scoot account will be suspended, and you will not be eligible to receive or work assignments until an updated TB clearance is submitted and approved.
