Step by step breakdown of how to get fingerprinted in Florida

For Scoot to complete your criminal background check, there are four steps we ask you to take:

  1. Download, complete and print this live scan form.

  2. Take your completed form with you to your local live scan location - we suggest checking if walk-ins are welcome, or if you need to schedule an appointment. Click on your county below to view a map of FDLE approved live scan locations.

    1. Miami-Dade

    2. Broward

    3. Palm Beach

  3. Present your completed form, and have your fingerprints taken at the live scan location. Be prepared to pay approximately $90 for this service.

  4. Keep and upload both your completed form and receipt. Scoot reimburses up to $90 towards this expense in your first pay check, once you've started working.
