All background check results are confidential and are not shared with Scoot. As a result, we are unable to access any previously completed Live Scan results, including those submitted for California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) credentials or permits or for another employer.
Therefore, a new Live Scan will need to be completed as part of Scoot's onboarding process.
